Jo T's 'Overhead' postcard

Always the thrill of opening a present that's been made specially for you. Here's Jo T's 'Overhead' card -- actually cards -- which arrived in a smart case with a Basho quote.
Inside was a concertina of cloudscapes:
They remind me of Constable's cloud paintings. They have a very contemplative message on them: 'S'asseoir et regarder le ciel' -- thank goodness for that French degree: 'Sit and watch the sky'. Lovely.
It's sad that our skies currently resemble the last card more than a bluer one. What happened to our summery skies? Thanks so much, Jo, really appreciated.

What a wonderful present to receive. I love these concertina sketches and clouds are such a good subject (at least here in the UK we get plenty of them)!.....regards ann.

Highly individual and very wantable. Each fortnight is bringing forth such surprises.

Less a postcard, more a work of art, delightful.

I tried to do a concertina card for your theme, Jane, but it defeated me - Jo's really pulled it off. Brilliant!

What a beautiful card and lovely sentiment. To sit and contemplate the sky would be pleasure indeed.
