Jane W's 'Overhead' card

'Overhead'
Here's Jane W's 'Overhead' card with some lovely patchwork behind an array of overhead things: fireworks, umbrellas and fan vaulting -- all linked by spoke-like structures/patterns. In the note she included, Jane said that 'overhead' was the most difficult theme she'd had to tackle so far, and a couple of other people have said they found it challenging too, for which I'm sorry, but great things are coming out of the torment.

Clever card, I particularly like the firework colours.

'Overhead' is my theme next time and I haven't yet got any ideas, but I'm not worried (yet!). I know some people have found my cowboy theme to be tricky, but as you say, great ideas have been coming out. This is what I like about this swap - they are not obvious subjects and they really do make you think.

What a great interpretation. It is wonderful to see what everyone does with these themes.

Funny how we have different'problem' themes - Overhead was one that I knew what I wanted to do straight away! I think it gets harder as we go through though as one's idea is likely to have been used already. This is a great take on the theme.

Another completely different take on the theme. The diversity of our responses and the mediums chosen is a constant source of fascination.Great stuff Jane.
